I have been appraising since 2005. If you are interested in listing your home, need value for divorce/death or simply want to know what your home is currently worth, please give me call and will be happy to set something up. Please be specific in why are you needing an appraisal in order to be considered. Due to my current workload, my turn time is 4-6 days from the date of inspection. If you are interested in refinancing your home (Mortgage), you will need to go through your local bank/lender and they will use one of their appraisers. My fee is $400 for a typical appraisal, which is standard. I accept Zelle, Venmo, Check or Cash. Credit card payments include a 3% surcharge. Only serious inquiries only.
