Islandway Pools, LLC

We are thrilled with our brand new inground pool from Island Way Pools! From the very start, working with Steve and Zach was great. Zach did a fantastic job helping us design the pool and bringing our vision to life. Like many major construction projects, we did run into a couple of issues along the way. However, the true test of a company is how they handle problems, and Island Way rectified everything perfectly. To finish it off, we want to give a huge shout-out to Tyler and Ricky, who have both been absolutely exceptional. Tyler was our project manager, and his communication has been completely on point throughout the entire process. Ricky handled our entire pool startup and is full of knowledge. He walks you through every step of the way, tells you exactly what he's doing to maintain the pool, and is very patient. Their customer service and dedication made all the difference. We highly recommend them!

We recently had our pool built by Island Way Pools, and overall, we had a great experience! From the beginning, communication was great, and we always felt informed throughout the process. Zach did a wonderful job designing our pool and helping us make our pool a reality. Our project manager Brian was very responsive and would always respond quickly to any questions we had. They actually beat the timeline they originally gave us, which was a wonderful surprise! As with any construction project, there were a few small things that came up along the way, but the Island Way team was quick to address them and kept everything moving. The builder’s app was also very convenient and made it easy to follow the progress of our pool and stay updated throughout the build. Once the pool was filled, the pool startup service was wonderful. Ricky was very knowledgeable, helpful, and made sure everything was balanced and taken care of so we could start enjoying our new pool. We are extremely happy with how our pool turned out and are so glad we chose Island Way Pools. The communication, responsiveness, and overall experience made what can be a stressful process much easier. We would absolutely recommend Island Way Pools to anyone considering building a pool.

We absolutely love our new pool from Island Way Pools! From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, the team was professional and easy to work with. The quality of the construction is top-notch and they transformed our backyard into a beautiful space for our family to enjoy.

We are so excited and love our pool. The process was smooth and communication was great from Steve who was the one who came out to give us the quote, Zach who put our vision in place, Tyler the project manager who communicated every step throughout the entire process and Abbey who was always available to answer questions as well. Even the teams that were out here doing all the hard work were amazing in this blistering heat. Now Ricky has been here weekly getting us going and he is so friendly and knowledgeable and always answers my questions. Next step is our pool school and finish landscaping and putting our touches to our new paradise. Thank you everyone at Island Way Pools!! We definitely would recommend them!

Tyler provided great service to us after he installed a new pool heater. He made himself available with short notice while on his day off.
