Worked well to meet my needs.

So far I am completely satisfied with the work I hired them to do. I have a large river birch tree that was infested with caterpillars eating the leaves and covering whole branches in their web nests. The guys came out and reviewed the size of the job first and gave me an excellent price. Tony came the first day by himself but decided it was a 2 man job so he came back the next day. They cut the branches that were dying and spray-treated as much of the other branches that could be reached. In the end, I am afraid that they will have to return because some of the nests were out of reach of the equipment they had with them that day. Tony promised he would return if problems continued and I believe what he told me. By the way, my neighbor also hired them after he watched them work on my tree.

Hard working good people o ok

They explained everything they were doing and worked late until job was done

Everything is working now but it has only been a short time. Tony did say he would come back if I had any problems. He came the day I called. He had to get parts and repaired it over a weekend. I appreciate that he came so quickly and seemed to recognize the problem right away. Thankfully he came back after getting stung by five or more yellow jackets while doing his initial evaluation. He also got rid of them. Nice man.
