Hired them to help with a French backdoor to which I had lost the key. Yoshi came out the next day, and showed me the trick to removing the tumbler from the door. Yoshi offered to key it the same as my front door but unfortunately the locks take different types of keys. Then he took the tumbler to his vehicle and came back in about 5 mins with two new keys. He reinstalled the tumbler and had me test the new keys. Not only did they work perfectly but he also lubricated and adjusted the tumbler so the inside thumbscrew turns more easily! Overall fantastic service and a nice low price negotiated in advance. Thanks!

Not only did he show up promptly, he was courteous, professional and knew his trade. He also gave me options, talked me through his process and gave me a DIY tutorial on fixing my door hardware. I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Timely, professional, courteous service. Roni did a fantastic job! When I asked him a simple question about how the lock works as he was finishing up, HE TOOK IT APART AGAIN TO SHOW ME- I could tell that he has a genuine interest in his job, and he cares about great customer service. I hope I won't need a locksmith again any time soon, but if I do, I will be calling Job Done again!
