I hired Joe Construction for a full bathroom renovation in 2023. What looked good at first turned out to be a complete nightmare! 2024- leak under tub. 2025 - leak around the base due to improper sealing. 2026 another. Bubble in the sealing due to leakage again below the tub. In order to fix, must break the shower floor tile and surrounding tiles. Have to replace the liner, recast and retiled. Discovered POOR WORKMANSHIP. The shower was not properly sealed. Water proof was done incorrectly. A new bathroom should last for many years not failed repeatedly within 3 years. I am dealing with water damage and costly repairs due to unlicensed contractor who claimed to be licensed. The quality of work is unacceptable. Please do not hire Joe Construction located at 101-13 111th street. POOR WORKMANSHIP, SCAM and unreliable. Do YOUR HOMEWORK before hiring this man Joe.
