Joe came out on a Sunday to give me a bid. He and his wife contacted the county to make sure a permit was not required due to the type of tree. His crew was friendly, professional and very careful. They cleaned up all the debris. They ran some large lilac branches through their chipper for me. Great job and it cost much less than I expected to pay.

Received 3 quotes for the removal of two trees. Joe Grab was over 25% less than the other two quotes. This was also the only business that provided a written estimate. They were on time and did an excellent job. I will definitely hire them for any additional tree services that I may need.

Sean came out to our property to remove a tree that had been chewed down by a beaver and was laying across the creek behind our house. He had a mamma jamma chain saw that was amazing and he completed the work quickly and did a super great job of cutting up the tree and putting all the pieces on the other side of the creek. It's nice to see this kind of professional work being done at a very fair price. I would highly recommend this company.

Got the job done remotely at a good pace. Pretty fast and efficient. cleaned up good afterwards. Getting response back after a phone call is a little choppy.

Communication with the customer is important. Something they haven't a clue about. Will not use again. All the work was never completed.

This company may be good at removing trees, which we did not have done. But, they were not very proficient in trimming our rhododendrons, as they started trimming them with a hedge trimmer, leaving spikes and not trimming them at leaf sections. I informed them how I wanted them trimmed, which they followed somewhat, but still left spikes and they left cut sections hanging from the branches or fallen on the ground which we have had to pick up and will have to continue to pick up over time. Bark dust they spread contained many rather large sticks, sizable pieces of bark and other debris, which are left for us to clean up. Not all of the three workers were working during the time they were here. One worker was clipping the shrubs while the others were sitting on our retaining wall, visiting, having coffee, etc. after they had spread the bark dust.

They trimmed the tree just like I wanted. And they took a dead branch from a small tree in the backyard. Very professional.
