On May 18th, Jose replaced the door screen and put it back on the rail but on the glass door side. When I tried to move it on close position, it did not move. I asked him to replace the rubber ring and stainless steel cover for a bathtub water overflow. I did not watch what he was doing. It took him a long time like an hour or longer. He finished and left saying he would send me an invoice later by email. I did not know how much he was going to charge me by then and did not get a chance to go over with him because I have other guys working with me on my cooling and heating systems. After he left, I checked his work and found the rubber ring blocked the overflow hole and the screw on the cap was rounded. I texted to Jose. He said sorry and offered to fix it next time. This is a rental property. I actually live over 130 files away. I told him to arrange a schedule when I come back in about 2-3 weeks. On June 10th I texted him to arrange a schedule for him to come back and fix it plus some other projects. He replied that he was not local and would not be able to help. I talked to a local plumber and understand the cost to correct it is to open the drywall behind the tub and possibly replacing the overflow pipe if Jose drilled on the pipe and did not seal it correctly and the screw was rounded on the overflow cover. This would cost me about $380 to $500 depending on the situation after the dry wall is opened plus the costs for a new set of the parts related.

Joe was able to come out in the evening the same day I contacted him. I was very happy with the work that was done.

Paid him $80 to do a job and the job wasn't done. Very disappointed. And it's very hard to contact him!! And I will not recommend him to anyone
