Had to part ways in the middle of a reno project after so many terrible results along the way after poor work and re-work. Less than 3 years we have now had to replace plumbing items, re install tile and shelving that were not level and caused leaks, we had to pull out a whole 3-zone mini split unit (7500.00) from the electrician they used and replace it. That electrician will not return phone calls and refuses to take responsibility for installing a unit that does not perform in climates lower than 40 degrees F! We are in VT! Be very careful, we are still uncovering problems from the work done!

We needed 6 casement windows replaced, snow guards installed on a metal roof and some damaged siding replaced. Joe took care of the snow guards in the fall and was delayed with the windows because of the Covid19 shutdown. He kept us well informed all along regarding the schedule, had us order the windows early in case prices went up and started the project as soon as it was allowed. The job is excellent and working with Joe was a pleasure. He is professional and extremely responsive answering texts immediately .We would not hesitate to call on him in the future.

I needed the valleys replaced on my slate roof. Joe had a lot of experience working on old slate roofs and did an excellent job. He cleaned up everything! I have a few more projects for him. You can trust that he will do what he says and goes above and beyond.

He came quickly when I could not close my front door in chilly November and quickly remediate the problem. He recommended it’s replacement showing me the cracks in the surround. He also made another important observation about a cabinet when asked. A true handy man
