Joe Horton Exteriors

It was a small repair job. Joe looked at the job, explained the repair, proposed a price and then returned a couple hours later to do the work. He came back from a work site close by. Showed me close up pictures of the repair. I would use Joe again.

Joe was very prompt to respond and bid and even completed the entire reducing within a week of the bid. We were very happy with the workmanship .

My experience with Joe and Ashley was absolutely top notch. They were quick to come out and give me a quote to replace my gutter and rehang my shutters and completed my job within 3 weeks of the initial visit. Joe was very receptive to all of my requests and put attention to detail into the project. It’s clear he takes pride in his work. The place looks great! On top of that, during the initial visit he connected me to a painter he works with in the middle of busy season where I struggled to find one available so that the painting could be done before the shutters. Joe and the painter worked seamlessly together to complete the job in a timely fashion. Ashley was a fantastic coordinator and was very responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the entire project. I would highly recommend Joe Horton Exteriors. Thank you Joe and Ashley!

Great work and timely. This is a local family business. Joe and Ashlee were super and team were great working on the project - He was very open on the design and communication /recommendations.

Joe is really nice and did very good work at a fair price in a timely manner. He replaced and painted several boards to match my existing porch flooring.

Hard working. Knowledgeable, courteous

Good people, follow through on their project plans was excellent

Joe and wife run a great company with customer service and quality 1st and 2nd. I was very appreciative of his price which was lower then two other companies bids. I have already recommended joe and will continue .

Thank you.

Very pleased with my deck project completed by Joe Horton Exteriors! Joe and Ashley planned and completed the work in a professional and timely manner. They communicated throughout the planning and delivered a high quality result. They also went above and beyond for a special request. 100% would recommend and use them again.

Very pleasant person. He immediately came to our house to give an estimate. I did not bother to check with anyone else because of his promptness.

Joe is great! He really understands the needs of my business and is good at coming up with ways to save on labor - ie very efficient.

Joe stuck to his quoted price, even though he encountered difficult challenges mounting on stonework. He even used his own screws and made woooden mounts because the material from the factory was inadequate.

He came & did a great job. He is a real Pro a what he does. I would recommend him to anyone.

Came out right away and gave me great info. Very responsive.

Responsive, clearly experienced and professional. Highly recommended.

Excellent workmanship. Quality materials. Satisfied customer.

Joe and his team are nice guys, showed up on time, and completed the job in a timely manner. Joe replaced some rotting cedar siding and fascia boards and did a very nice job. I am having Joe come back again to replace some damaged shingles, gutters, and downspouts from the last storm.

Make sure all the work to be done is spelled out in the contract. There was a difference of opinion on the downspout installation!

was here on time and did what he said

Ashley works well with the sales end of the company. She s very organized and sweet. Joseph did the work and was also very professional and did a great job. I would recommend them.

Appreciated their timely response to my home issues. Prompt, courteous, trustworthy, friendly. Fair Price. Hard-working, especially on a VERY hot, humid day. Joe's decades of experience show. Great customer service. Ashley is very nice, courteous & responsive. Work completed: Joe fixed detached vinyl siding section & gutter attachments. Also completely replaced (2) totally rotted garage door jambs with AZEK. Cleaned everything up. Will definitely use again when needed. Mary Jane T. in Downingtown, Pa.
