Smooth sailing, sent an inquiry on the 1st and they came by on the 3rd. Problems resolved and I made it to work on time. I definitely recommend. I had a shower valve replaced and a tub spout added back in, also resolved my issue in a shower only. Swapped a cartridge I couldn't get out and cleaned the valve good. Thanks guys!

Had some work done through my home warranty. 1st company i was set up with ghosted me. Joe lay and sons were set up next. Everyone I've dealt with through this company is super friendly, communication was perfect and work was done fast!!! Definitely will use this company again even if it's not through the home warranty!

I am beyond grateful that I called Joe Lay & Son's Plumbing when my basement flooded for the third time in a year and a half. I called them last Friday, and they showed up, assessed the problem, and fixed it the very same day. There was no call center and no endless transfers. When I called, Rob, from Joe Lay & Son's answered the phone, asked a few questions, and kept me informed throughout the day about their arrival time and any updates. Their customer service and professionalism were outstanding. I will never use another plumbing company again. These are my plumbers for life!

With an older home, we are frequent flyers of Joe Lay and Sons plumbing. We are loyal to them because they are easy to schedule, honest, and efficient. We have had them fix several things at our home (with varying price points)…showers, toilets, sinks, and most recently putting in a whole house water filtration system. If you have hard water, we fully recommend looking into this option- our skin is softer and our water tastes better now! The workers are also very good and respectful about our Fort Knox style home—we have a special needs child, and have more door locks than most. 🔐 Overall, would highly recommend!

Hired this plumbing company and they are awful. Replaced my fittings with shark bites. Spoke with the office manager and he becsme pirate saying that it?s my fault they used shark bites. And he doesn?t care because his reviews are awesome. Well they suck. Call Dixon plumbing. They were able to fix all the half ass shit this company did

We needed to check our water heater for leaks prior to closing the sale of our house.Joe Lay were out installing a new water heater and expansion tank the next day. The technician explained how all the components were supposed to work before checking everything so we both knew we needed a new tank as well. Outstanding, professional company. Billy was very respectful, knowledgeable and professional the entire time in our home. We would highly recommend Joe Lay and Sons for any plumbing needs.

My sump pump stopped working. Rob called me back and was so very helpful. He sent a guy over the next day even though they were booked solid. He looked at the radar and it was supposed to rain and he said he couldn t let that happen with my sump pump not working. The service was completed and it was done with such professionalism!! I ll definitely be calling them for any plumbing service I need!!
