JDL called within 30 min of placing my request and set up a visit. They evaluated my AC unit and agreed to repair, despite its age (more than 20 years old!). The cost was a fraction of a new unit. Their lead service tech, Isak, was great - knowledgeable, efficient and responsive to my questions. I was very impressed and will have them return for maintenance and service in the future.

JDL HVAC Services breaks the stigma attached to, unfortunately, most of the residential contractors these days. â ¢ The first good feeling that I got from them was their quick response! They replied to my service request within minutes both by phone and by e-mail. This was the first time in recent memory that I can recall when I didn't have to call a company back a week later to check if they received my original request. â ¢ The second positive sign was the friendly and helpful phone representative. She exemplified the true meaning behind CUSTOMER service! She made the extra effort to even find and schedule an appointment a day earlier than what I had reserved online. â ¢ The thing that really won me over by JDL was that not only did the service technician show up within the scheduling window, he arrived 10 minutes before the earliest stated arrival time! Usually I end up calling contractor dispatch when there is only 5 minutes left in the scheduling window only to be told that a situation came up and no one will be out today. â ¢ Once the technician arrived, he was professional, courteous, and followed standard protocol by wearing a mask and protective shoe coverings without being prompted. He inspected the issue and did not try to sell or report anything above and beyond the actual issue. Actually, he said that the system was in good working order as is. He presented me with the option to top off the charge for the system but was in no way forceful or intimidating with his recommendation. I normally don't invest the time required to complete service ratings and/or reviews. However, I feel that JDL HVAC Services deserves to be acknowledged for a job well done in an era where good contractors are hard to find.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
  10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
