The bi-fold doors on the pantry would never stay on the track. I wanted them to be more like french doors. Joe gave a fair estimate, brought all the hardware needed with him, did the work quickly, and the doors look great and function beautifully.

My wooden gate needed to be repaired. The piece of wood that held the hinges/gate on had rotted and the gate was leaning against the stucco wall. Joe replaced the rotted wood and primed it and put the gate back on with new hinges and shaved down the latch area on the gate so it would open and close properly. We discussed painting the gate as the homeowner's association had written me a letter and without new paint the gate was currently unacceptable as is. It took Joe until the 29th day before the 30 days limit the homeowner's association letter had given me to fix the gate before I heard from him again. In the meantime I hired a professional painter to paint the gate. Joe still had another small repair job to perform (rotted wood by front door) so he came out on the 29th day and fixed this and collected his money for the gate and rotted wood repair.

This was a total disaster. Ultimately Joe couldn't do the work. He used a product that actually caused more harm to my roof than good. Then, he took some siding from the side of the house because he was going to match it, several calls later and I couldn't even get him to return it. I now have a piece missing. Just terrible. I even offered to pay him for cleaning of the patio roof just so I could get it back! Never happened.

Joe was on time, professional and personable, did quality work for a very reasonable price, and I'd def call on him again! Thanks Joe, I'm still smiling at the improvements!

Joe did a great job...made an appointment for an estimate and showed up on time then set a date to do the work and had it done as promised..very courteous and did a great job....would definitely recommend him and would hire him for other projects...very nice man....

He was very prompt and did a good job sealing holes under house.

We had him install our attic stairs and he did a fantastic job and they look great. Only issue we had was he said he would come back the following Tuesday and install a ceiling fan and that's been over a month I believe and we haven't heard back at all.

I had a small job just had to hang a couple of shelves in the closet. He did the job well. I asked to to install a dryer tube and he did it at no extra charge. I did tip him because it was Christmas eve and I felt the went above and beyond just by showing up.
