What a breeze!! Not only was the whole replacement scheduled and completed same day (all via text), but he beat the other quotes we had gotten by a substantial amount! Joe is one of those people who has the energy of an old friend, someone you trust and feel comfortable having in your home. The turnaround time was impressive as well. Would hire him over, and over, and over again!

His communication was great, and could assess my job and offer a quote quickly with a few specific pictures. I appreciated him encouraging questions, AND his prompt replies, even on weekends. His rates are very competitive, and I appreciate that since he works for himself, he isn't trying to run up the bill by selling you stuff you don't need, like technicians who work on commission for bigger companies might do. Great from start to finish, really nice guy.

We connected with Joe on Saturday afternoon before Thanksgiving having been told by another company that they could not replace our leaking hot water heater until Black Friday. Joe responded immediately and installed a brand new hot water heater at a fair price that same evening. Joe is a pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend him!!

Failed gas water heater installation. Didnt double check the gas connection before leaving site. Had a gas leaks the following night and evacuated the house. Gas company came out and tighten the gas valve to the water heater. Poor workmanship. Will not hired again.

Joe was very good at follow through, he showed up on time. Joe explained what he was going to do completely before starting the install. The new water heater was installed professionally, looks great, and the water is hotter than ever! I would use Joe again in the future for my plumbing needs!

When our 11-year-old water heater suddenly died, we found Joe on Home Advisor. He stood out because of his enthusiastic customer reviews, knowledge and great responsiveness via phone, text or email – whatever works for you. He told us everything we needed to know upfront (no surprises), matched another offer we received and offered a terrific warranty for parts and labor. No middle-men; we were talking to the capable owner who would also install the equipment. AND he would replace the heater the next day (on a Sunday.) Besides all that, he was well-versed on Energy Star requirements, makes sure the old water tanks are recycled --- and is a great guy! A thoroughly satisfying experience.
