I tend to get John Clarke as my technician, and I'm always impressed with his knowledge, experience and ability to speak in a manner that I can understand. Someone you want present in every RO situation because you feel comforted by his presence.

Joe Water has solved my R/O system problems that other companies have failed since Hurricaine Ian. It's truly a relief to have a properly functioning system again. The installation process was flawless, and maintenance services are excellent. I'm very pleased and recommend them highly.

I used Joe Water for a brand new installation in 2020. In the beginning, they were responsive, and I felt it was worth the higher pricing compared to their competition. I elected to join their monthly maintenance plan as well. Keep in mind that the "everything is covered" maintenance plan has limitations and is always a debate. Both the quality of the equipment and the installation have been poor. We have constant problems with refilling, pumps, and leakage. We have been through two pumps due to failures that were due to the equipment. The most recent pump replacement was due to Hurricane Ian, because they installed the pump on the ground rather than using a submersible pump. When I asked about the difference, they were very pushy about using the external style, even though it was not the best option for my circumstances. (Low-lying region) They were extremely fast in replacing the pump after the hurricane but charged an obscene amount of money for it. (Double the retail parts price and 1/3 more for labor than what it actually took.) I was stuck between a rock and a hard place, so I reluctantly paid their asking price. A few days later, they called and wanted me to pay for their merchant processing costs for the transaction. It was a ridiculous and greedy request. I refused to pay this extra expense that was not agreed to up front. About 3 weeks after the installation of the newest pump, there was a major leak from the new pipes for the pump controller. I was patient and waited a week for them to arrive. It looks like the leak is repaired, but now our automatic refilling feature is not operating as designed. The installation of the new style of pump was poor and extremely sloppy. The pipes were loose, and the wiring was all over the place. Now that we are having problems, they are borderline unresponsive and probably do not want to deal with me. If they did their job properly, I would not need to call all the time, and I would not be reaching a point of complete frustration with this company. On top of that, their response to my review was a lie. I had to repair the leakage myself after their tech was unable to complete the project.

I loved that Joe came right out gave us no BS and fixed our issue for a very reasonable cost. When we called again he came right out and fixed another minor issue - Siberia local small business man!!!

He is a thief. Charged me $420.00 to rebuild my softener head. Never did the work they said and broke the valve while trying to work on it. I called Gxxxxx Gxxxx well who I used in the past and was very satisfied with their work. I have in writing from them that the head was rebuilt nothing was done and the valve was broken upon first look. Gxxxxx Gxxxx well came back the next day and had everything working like new. But Joe water will tell you your stuff is old and try and sell new. I will be taking Joe water to court for charging for work not performed and harassment as he called code enforcement on me for an RV in my backyard. Watch out for this loser Full of lies and threats!

Very friendly. Very efficient. Helped me out by coming quickly. Maybe a bit expensive. I had a plumber set up to do install, but couldn't come for 2 weeks. He would have been about $75 less. But worth it to get resolved.
