Joseph Little and crew were contracted to rebuild my fallen lintel in our almost 100 year old brick home in Mt Lebanon. Joseph was on time for the estimate date. Estimate was agreed to and they worked with me as I was traveling out of state for a few weeks. Immediately upon returning home Joseph set a firm date for the rebuild. Crew was on time, curtious, explained the process and began working immediately. The mortar had to be color matched and Charlie did a fabulous job matching the reddish color. Beautiful job, great craftsmanship, and all business aspects AAAAA+ will not hesitate to contract again if needed.

Fine workmanship and highly satisfying results: replaced 1/3 garage floor, two story brick pointing and restoring brick arch over garage door. Excellent clean up. Sealing concrete remains however to be completed. Paid in full.

Work done per contract in a timely manner. Great insight into solutions to fix issues presented. Everything looked great upon completion, didn’t leave a mess, couldn’t tell anyone was there once they finished.

Was up against a situation with my roof and my insurance company last year. It started in the winter was when I received a letter from my insurance company threatening to drop my insurance if I didn't replace my roof. Huh??? In the middle of Pennsylvania weather? Really? I had work done and repaired problem areas which fixed my problem, however it was not sufficient for the company considering if any problem occurred, they would have to cover, right? Ok, so in search of a contractor i did. I received 2 quotes that were completely out of my financial range at that time. While speaking with a friend regarding my situation, she recommended Joseph Little Home Improvement. I reached out, and Joe was kind and quickly eased my mind concerning the letter. He also instructed me in the process of communicating with the insurance company. By sending the signed contractorurl agreement to have the work done. Needless to say, the work is completed in a timely way and all parties are satisfied, including myself and my home. They redid the mortar in a portion of one wall and the chimney. They were on time, respectful, and responsive. Would hire them again if any other masonry work needs done. Remains to be seen whether it solved my problem re: a leaky window. But whether or not that is solved, Charlie and Joseph Little Home Improvement did everything I asked of them.

we did a complicated Chimney repair and soffit/facia replacement on a turn of the century, 3 story victorian. Joe's guys were able to complete the work and maintain the architecture nicely

The brick mason was needed because the company installing a new gas wall furnace had to first remove the old furnace. Its removal resulted in a large through and through hole which went through the wall and the brick. Joseph Little and Home Improvement did the necessary brick mason work which definitely closed my wall on the inside and outside. I was thoroughly pleased.

I was very pleased and impressed with Joseph Little and his crew. They were prompt, did excellent and conscientious work and their price was right. Other quotes from A.L. were preposterous. Joseph’s crew did a really nice job cleaning up afterwards as well. Definitely recommend.

They were able to start work pretty quickly. They also finished quickly. Pretty efficient. We had our exterior porch, awnings, box gutters, and moldings refinished.

The bottom line for me for contractors to work on my home are: did they give me a fair price; were they responsive; did they listen to my concerns; were they honest in dealing with me; and did they do good work. Joe and John's Home Improvements just finished repairing my roof. They met and exceeded my expectations in the above categories so I would hire them again. In fact they are giving me an estimate already for additional work at my home. Some companies may tout their abilities with their high tech Web presence and impressive estimates. But I've found that many roofers have waiting lists of three or more months and charge more for work because they are subcontracting some of the work to small business roofers. Joe and John's Home Improvement is continuing to build their small business with responsive customer service, fair prices, and quality work. I highly recommend them.

I called and these guys were able to show up the very next day and give an estimate that was reasonable for my pitched roof and the work needed. They came in a bucket truck and did the entire job within an hour. He even did a free roof inspection and explained to me my options for fixing some of my gutter issues.

will these guys showed up , it was a good thing , they worked around the clock , understood , what I wanted. my project was small on the roof , it was leaking, it was my chimney they lower to attice floor and capped it off, so these guys came on the Sunday, and did not take a break, they came in the morning early and had the job done by noon,
