Joel's team installed new singles on my roof two years ago (2011). My roof still looks very nice and strong. He offered a very decent price for both the new singles and new plywood. I will highly recommend his company.

After calling a lot of "experts" on flat roofing, I found Joel to be the most knowledgable. He was fast and came up with a lot of cost saving ideas. He also replaced a couple of vents and missing shigles while on the flat roof job. Excellent!

Joel was responsive and did a good job

Great to work with. Very good work and cleanup. Very courteous and prompt service. The week they did the work it rained a lot, so they only tore off the amount they knew the could replace right away to prevent leakage. They also blew in insulation into our attic when they had the shingles off so they did not have to go through the inside of the house.

Joel came out and we had a long talk about the metal roof. After all his information was given and discussed, we both agreed that we'd be fine with shingles. He and his crew came when they said they would, and finished the job in just one day. Joel came out the next day and went over the yard again to make sure everything was cleaned up. I thought the price was good, and the material seems to be holding up well. I am very pleased, and not only would I recommend Joel, but I would recommend ServiceMagic.

Joel Coburn was great - he kept in contact with me while the project was being completed. He kept me informed on the progress and was very cordial and completed the work in 3 days. When there was other issues at the site - he informed me what needed to be repaired and worked with our Renter a resolve the issues.

Joel had been in business the longest and he had the lowest bid. His crew seemed a little green, but they got the job done. Hopefully he will stand behind his work. So far, so good.

I selected Joel for the roof on my Aunt's garage in St. Paul. He returned all calls promptly, answered all my questions, gave a reasonable estimate and completed the roof in one day. My Aunt is 84 years old and is very nervous. He made it very easy for her and the cleanup was excellent! I would recommend Joel for any roofing job.

Good price, honest, fast service

Joel was very helpful and eager to get the work. His bid was the lowest. However, he started late (and di not call me as he had promised) and his crew did not show up at the time that he gave to me (about 2 hours late). HE also wasn't "on the job" full-time. He did not produce an aesthetically pleasing roof for us --- we have a unique home and even the flat roof is important in terms of attractiveness. We decided that we would just let it go, but I would not use him again for a flat roof.

It was a blind contract. We agreed over the phone and he did his work. I inspected after a week when he was done, and everything was to what he said he would do and came in on budget.

Joel was good to his word - he came in at budget (he also had the best bid), and got all the work done within a week. Looks great.

Joel and his crew(s) did a very good job on my flat spancrete garage roof, it took a while to get going and there is one trim detail to re-do, but everything considered I am very happy with the membrane roofing job. I might even hire him again to put decking over the roofing membrane! Roger Brogren
