Joel Colombo's team was absolutely amazing! His daughter, Kerri, was a huge help during the whole process. Before we even hired them, Kerri contacted the city of Rancho Cucamonga to inquire about the city's requirements to make sure everything was done correctly. She was professional, informative and communicated well, always making sure we were kept up to date on the project's progression. Kerri made the project seem effortless on our part, taking care of everything and submitting the finalized blueprints to the city on our behalf. We plan to use Joel's team and Kerri on our next project too. Overall, we are very satisfied with the service we received. Thank you, Kerri!

Kerri was very helpful and knowledgeable! Very fast Response compared to industry standards! I’ve had most architectural projects be slow because the architect do not respond for weeks. She is a gem and I will use Kerri for my other projects. The price was very competitive compared to others. I’ve paid the price hiring low ball quotes and end up paying more at the end. As they say get what you pay for and Kerri is worth every cent!
