Handyman for Multiple Small Projects
Steve O, Indianapolis, In. Project: repair fireplace tuck-point and flashing. Joe Llamas was a great referral. He was busy, but made time for me on a weekend. He took care of a chimney leak (water infiltration through the mortar). Previous contractor had installed flashing wrong.... they had gone out of business (gee...I wonder why). Joe came in and made the corrections for a very reasonable fee. He was a very decent business man, with a good team of workers. We had some extreme weather issues that made the work at risk had we proceeded on my rush schedule... Joe changed his inside and outside work scheduling to accommodate the weather conditions, given the materials we were working with.... yeah its smart business...but I have worked with so many contractors that would have just plowed ahead, done the work and left the consequences with the home owner... a year or two later (kind of like the bad flashing guy...). What goes around, comes around ... Joe made good on my list of contractors! Steve O.
