Joe called before he came. He was professional and friendly. He successfully installed our new gas cooktop. He hauled away the old cooktop and cardboard. I would use his services again. I recommend Joe.

Joe is very pleasant and converses easily. Knowledgeable about most inside and outside jobs. Cleaned up after scraping out all the leaves and even some ice in gutters on the north side. Did a very neat job of resealing around the kitchen sink.

My first experience with Joe has been great. High quality work with very competitive rates. In addition to repairing gutters, he identified construction deficiencies (that no other craftsman has pointed out) that have already caused issues. I feel I have found someone I can work with to address a variety of home maintenance projects, given that he is skilled at rough and finish carpentry. As a bonus, Joe suggested cost-saving approaches without compromising integrity. Thank you, Joe!

Joe arrived on time very pleasant demeanor. He is accommodating and goes right to work. Even blowing debris that fell away from the house and driveway. His rates are very reasonable. Ià ¢à  à  m calling him back next year for sure.

Joe is skilled in all facets of house maintenance, repair, and construction. Very reasonable rates and high quality work. I found Joe to be honest and personable even with my dumb questions. He pointed out important points of degradation around my roof line that needs attending to, which no other high priced contractor noticed or cared about. I will be asking Joe to help me out with projects going forward.

Showed up as promised, worked diligently from start to finish. Cleaned up after himself. A cordial, friendly guy. I will use him at every opportunity on my 93 year old house. He is multi skilled, as well. Surprisingly fair rates. I paid him half again what he ask. I have found it rare to find such a package. Very easy going, yet hard working guy. Thank you Joe.
