Joe is a gentleman and a pro from the time he called and when he walked in the door. My install was non typical in many ways because it's an older home and some former DIYers really did not know what they were doing. Joe took extra time, that I know he did not have, to make sure the job and the fit and finish were done perfectly. He probably spent more time than he originally figured but did not charge 1 cent more than his original estimate. This guy was great and his work spot on! He's my go to guy forever!

Joe gave me a "best guess" of the problem and probable cost over the phone, accommodated my schedule, showed up on time, accurately diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a little over an hour, and charged a more than fair price. He spent extra time answering my questions about how and when to maintain several other appliances, then gave me cleaning tablets for the washer and dishwasher and started them in the cleaning cycle. He obviously wants to help his customers. I can't imagine better service.

My Samsung brand dryer stopped producing heat on Sunday. I called my normal repair guy and was advised to call another repairman, as he did not work on Samsung brand. After calling the recommended repair man, I was not satisfied with the diagnostic fee ($95) that I would have to pay on top of normal labor and parts. So I did a quick search and found Joe. I was relieved to know he would not charge me a diagnostic fee PLUS the labor and parts. I spoke with Joe on Monday (04/10/17) morning, and he was at my house that same afternoon. He diagnosed the problem, gave me 2 options on how I could go about fixing it, and allowed me to make the decision. He ordered the part and had it installed on Tuesday (04/11/17). He communicated very well via text and phone calls so that I was always informed on how he was doing on his time. Joe has earned my business from here on out as its hard to find someone who does such quality work, in a very timely fashion, and isn't trying to overcharge. Thank you again!

Joe responded quickly and professionally to our request for help with ice buildup in the bottom of our freezer. He was very clear in his communication regarding scheduling and kept us informed as our schedules evolved. He showed up when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a reasonable cost. He educated us on what happened and how to deal with future re-occurrences (if any). We appreciate that he came after normal working hours since we had water leaking onto a wood floor.

I have a home warranty with Choice Home Warranty. For the most part, I am at their mercy regarding which tradesperson was dispatched for my dishwasher problem and repair. I was never so pleased with a repair as was done by Joe from JAARS. His response was prompt and his scheduling for my call was quick! He determined the issue with my dishwasher (it was a pump bearing that was going) and he coordinated the effort through CHW to get the necessary part on hand. The part was received by Joe ahead of schedule and he was able to complete the repair pronto! If I ever have another appliance call with CHW, I will move heaven and earth to have Joe and JAARS assigned to the call. As the owner and lead technician he is TOPS!

He was quick with replying to job and contacting me. He was also here within 30 mins to repair. There was one issue that made me question him tho. I had to look up online how to remove hood off my dryer Bc he didn't know how to and was taking to long trying to figure it out. The part needed he didn't have and had to order it. He came out the next day and repaired. Over all nice guy and quick to try to repair my dryer.
