Joe's Concrete did a very good job replacing our driveway. They were prompt, friendly and courteous. They did it all for a fair and reasonable price. I would hire them again if I needed more concrete work done.

They were very fair on the price and did a great job with our driveway and backyard retaining wall. It was fascinating watching them execute every aspect of both projects so efficiently. Overall a great product. Customer service is lacking as well as communication. Left grass and topsoil at the property for the owner to deal with (no disposal options).

The work was done on time as scheduled however the proposal & invoicing process was totally unprofessional. The final proposal was different than the original proposal that was agreed upon between both parties. Contractor threatened to put a lien on the property and come and tear up the concrete if not paid.

"I'm so sorry that you feel that way but let me explain what I felt during the whole process of your work. When you keep changing the work that needs to be done, of course the contract will have to be changed. Invoice was made expecting a deposit and there was no deposit, However, we did the most risky thing to do is to go ahead with the job expecting that we'll be paid in time. After work was done, you said you have to wait for the bank to release the money which was not discussed beforehand. After two weeks of no check then I told you the legal way of handling this kind of situation is to lien your house and then you'll pay me whenever your house is sold. and sure enough, that made you pay us right away."

Joe's Concrete deserves 6 stars! They were professional, courteous, patient and skilled. For a home owner contracting a project as large as having a driveway replaced is a scary task. The Joe's Concrete people were there with me 100% through the whole project. One last thing: the crew is friendly and did a professional job with all aspects of the task including a great clean-up. "When you feel like it, I would like to hear your comments. We did everything you wanted us to do even picking up little rocks and older rocks that were there before. We tried to please your mother who might be anxious about everything and we guaranteed your job for a year, I haven't heard any complain yet, thanks"

The price and the work done was very good, good enough that when ask about my project by my neighbors 2 of them hired them on the spot and 3 others took cards to have when they start to plan their projects.
