Joe's is a stand up business. I have new weatherstripping on all 4 sides of my 2-car garage door and it looks clean and tidy again. I would recommend Joe's. I would recommend them because they stand behind their promises.

They came under two hours after I called. Tech was knowledgeable, fixed the problem. Didn't try to upsell me and showed me how to prevent this issue in the future. It was a great experience.

Very expensive at first $250.00 service fee.had to negotiate the cost of 2 tension springs, double priced at first ??? No paperwork , no business card . Unmarked pickup truck. Serviceman had no indenfication

Roy arrived early in the morning as promised. He diagnosed the issue with my garage door opener and found that the motor lost its ability to control the range. Recommended a new one. I went with Chamberlin belt drive quiet system.

Highly recommendable. Great communication and follow-through. I only have one issue. The tech used my panic button installation to wire the garage door activation pad. Now I have no emergency button should the need arise :(
