Super Service!

It was Sunday and 100 degrees. We were thankful that Joe was able to come out on a Sunday to repaired the air conditioner. He quickly found the problem and made the repair. I would recommend him again.

Joe was on time for the appiontment. He was knowledgeable, very polite, and honest. I will recommend Joe to my family and friends for any HVAC repair or service needs.

Joe has been the only one to work on my air conditioner in 22 years. He is honest and has integrity. He will come out when he says he will be there. Ive never had to wait. He's there the same day I call, sometimes like today within hours. He diagnoses the problem and tells you exactly what is wrong and how much it will cost to fix. No surprises. His prices are far less than the corporate guys. And Im sure his work is better. He fixes it right the first time. He came out today and found the problem quickly. He had the part on his truck and the air was running in no time. It means a lot to me to have someone I trust come over and fix the air conditioner without having to worry about being overcharged. I will never call anyone other than Joe for my HVAC needs. You don't need to look any further.

Joe was great. I had access cooling come out to check my AC. They told me I need a new Condenser motor. It would cost 1300.00. Joe came out everything is ok. I would call him back when I have a problem

Showed up on time and was very truthful. Turns out did need any repairs.

Joe was later than planned both times he came, but was personable and clearly answered questions. He also called me back and came the same day I first went online, whereas the other guy did not respond for 3 days. He correctly diagnosed the cause of our furnace not firing up (the light flashing code had indicated a bad gas valve) as a relay in our circuit board, not the valve. He got it working temp, researched our warranty status, and came back with a new circuit board the following Monday.

Our furnace was blowing cold air, and Joe diagnosed the problem stating that we had a faulty board. He showed me where the problem was, and gave me the option of ordering the part myself, and thereby saving labor charges. As a DIY guy I appreciated this, and also his honesty as he could have told me that he could fix it for X amount of additional dollars, but he didn't. Highly recommended.

The technician was very proficient. He was very cordial, explained what he was doing, took his time. No attempt to upsell or change the repair to a replacement.

Joe did a great job on my furnace repair, definitely will use him for any future furnace needs.

My ac/heat pump stopped working and I had a company come out first and quoted me a little over $1400 and stated that my ac/heat pump compressor needed replaced. I called Joe and he came out within the hour and did some testing and found that only the only the wiring harness needed to be replaced. He could have also told me i need to replace my compressor but he didn't. He was honest and very helpful. I would definitely recommend Joe. Thanks Joe for your honesty!

Wow! Wow! Wow! The service and feedback from Joe was top-notch. I’ve been through the other guys and felt ripped-off by all. Not kidding. In fact, I should NOT have another problem given I just spent $1440 with A-1 last winter 2018 on my only 4yo unit...but here I am again. Never go with A-1!! No trust with me. Every service Home Advisor has recommended to me has been with reliable local folks. Doesn’t surprise me that A-1 was not on their list when I remembered I should go through them for service, this 2nd time the unit went down. Thank goodness for Joe! He answers his phone! Returns texts!! A-1 didn’t even give me that option. Hire Joe! My unit thank goodness was fixed same day. It meant a lot. Even my salt water tank corals thank him too! Kathi S.
