100% stellar customer service and professional speed at diagnosing the problem with my laptop. After the big issue, I had a small issue I had to come back to the shop for and they took it in again for me super quick. Kind people.

Joe is awesome. Needed a refurbished computer and he hooked me right up. Had a prioblem and he came in on his day off to rectify. Don't listen to Gabriel. She's bitter and wants stuff for free. Rosco

He used to do a good job. Now he isn't. I paid him part for botched job though he didnt deserve . He SUED ME IN MUNI COURT! I submitted proof of his terrible work requiring I even buy a new laptop. The court refused to gove me time to submit documents . Thus I filed grievance vs Judge Neff for malpractice at Supreme Court disciplinary dept. This won't stop Joe from placing a lien on my property! his fix cost me over $1100!

Joe tried various techniques in an effort to recover the data on my failed hard drive. He was unsuccessful and did not charge me for his time.

Told me a workaround for my cracked laptop screen until I could get the laptop to him (hook up an external monitor). Let me know immediately when he realized I had an HD screen, which was going to cost more (and take longer to get) than the non-HD screen he originally quoted me. Kept me informed every step of the way.

To begin Joe spent 1.5 hours on the phone on Saturday blare afternoon with me attempting to get thru the “firewall” so that he could look remotely to try to solve my problem. He was knowledgeable about the effort. Tho unsuccessful there I got my laptop to him on Sunday and the problem was solved on Monday.

While fixing one thing he broke something else. I had to get a whole new computer.

I brought my computer in on a Friday around noon, I was able to pick it that same day, Joe the owner of this company was very professional and personable, after I got my computer back and set it up-I am not very computer savvy so I had several questions which he answered satisfactorily and patiently he even offered to come to my house on a Sunday if I still had any issues. I highly recommend Joe if you have any type of computer problems VERY reasonable prices.

I talked to Joe and explained my computer issues. He was able to turn around my computer in the same day. The only surprise was cash only payment. That wasn t a big deal, but was never mentioned to we got the call to pickup. I don t usually carry much cash....so it just meant a run to the ATM.

Hard drive failed. Joe actually suggested a less expensive solid state replacement drive, which works perfectly.

I will have Joe on speed dial for any computer problems that I have from now on! I was having trouble getting my computers to communicate with my printer/scanner. Joe not only fixed that problem, he cleaned up both of my computers, installed new malware, and now both computers are running smoothly. I highly recommend his services. His rates are very reasonable and it is just a pleasure working with him.

Let's start out by stating that Joe is by far one of the nicest persons you will entrust your computer service to. In my case, my computer had what I thought, to be symptoms of a hard drive failure, and a windows 10 issue which I had been told needed a complete clean reinstall to correct the constant upgrades and freezes that were occurring. I took a brand new hard drive to Joe and told him to install the new windows 10 on it and transfer all my data from the old drive to the new one. After several days of not hearing from him, we talked and he said that there were other issues going on, but he hadn't found out why. But, he than asked me how the computer had been acting, and after explaining the symptoms to him, he agreed that this was probably a motherboard or other internal problem and he would venture further in his diagnostics to try and find the cause of the problem. I could go on and on as to what all was wrong but I'll just say that Joe went out of his way to try and rectify the situation and make sure I felt as though I was getting a good deal. We did find that the computer had larger problems than we thought. Joe set me up with one of his refurbished computers, for a very good price I may add, and charged me a very reasonable rate for all the time that he had spent on this. He transferred some usable parts from my old unit to the one I was receiving. He even told me to take it home, work with it a couple days or so and let him know how I felt about it. If I wasn't happy with this computer, he would work with me to get me into a computer that I would be happy with. People, you just don't get personal service like that at a lot of places these days.
