Joe Started and completed on time.

The response and communication was excellent. They showed up when they said they would, and did excellent work. Joe went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied with the end result of the project.

There were delays in getting them to show up, but the aggravation was not keeping me informed of their arrival time. I don't mind waiting, but it's frustrating to not be kept apprised of delays. The work was okay, but some cracks were not filled in as I expected (Over the phone I was told they would be). Some of driveway has obvious brushworks which should have been better smoothed out. However, there was no spillage on sidewalks or on structures which was great.

Joe was very personable. Clean up could have been a little better. Work was done quickly. Nice job!

All good. Was challenge to schedule with weather and dates. Quality was fine.

He came by while I was working to look at the job. Called and gave me an estimate. I requested a written quote he claimed he sent, but I never recieved. Scheduled the work. He showed up and said "Oh I thought it was the house next door" Which of course couldn't have been based on talking about color of house, the garage area etc which the house next door wasn't even close to same color and did not have a garage. He wanted more money, I told him I had a set budget so I agreed to allow less than agreed work to be completed. We shook on it and once again I asked for a written quote and got nothing. He said he was going to go get the materials and would complete the job that afternoon. I returned home an hour and half later, he was not there. I called him and he said he decided he couldn't do the job for that price and for me to go find someone else. I first was so angry that he didn't have the decency to let me know and know why he wouldn't put in writing, didn't want to be accountable. Very disappointed. Cannot believe that he had all the great reviews.

I was very pleased with the work. They were well organized, neat, and did a great job. The only reason I did not give them five stars was it was a little difficult to get a firm date to get the work done. I would not hesitate using them in the future.
