I was impressed that someone came out the same day, addressed the problem, and took care of things the next day within the span of only three hours. There was even an additional issue with my oil furnace that was identified and dealt with. My only complaint was that I had been told on the phone that an estimate would be completely free. But when the technician arrived, he informed me I'd have to pay a $195 service fee if I didn't hire them for the job. Hiring them turned out to be the right decision, but I didn't like being told two different things. But the quality of the work and professionalism were appreciated. (Just wish labor wasn't so darned expensive.)

Joe came on Thursday and took a look at my old boiler that I wanted to have replaced with a hot water heater since I didn't need the boiler to heat the house anymore. The next day Joe was able to remove my old boiler as well as empty the remaining oil from the oil tank and install the water heater. A few days after the install a crew came and took away my old boiler and tank. I am now getting hot water way longer then I did before and now have more room thanks to the new setup. I would highly recommend Joe.

I contacted Joe's Plumbing about my water heater not producing hot water. The response for service was absolutely positive. Was informed they could be at my residence around 3-5 pm the same day which was fine. Joe actually arrived about 1:30 and gave me valuable information about my aging water heater. Service was great and Joe was knowledgeable, friendly, polite and efficient I would absolutely recommend.

Quick to respond to an emergency quickly. Joe was professional and extremely cautious and neat about having to cut my Sheetrock. He measured and cut exactly where he needed. Showed me the problem and fixed it. Awesome company!!!highly recommended

Joe the Plumber is a man who knows what he is doing,. He kept me informed on what needed to be done and what the costs would be. He was spot on with his pricing, no surprises. Joe did make a change to our system by adding a flow back valve leading from our well tank to our well. It did not fix the problem (air in the system) but did help us to track down the probable source. He acknowledged limited knowledge of well pumps and lines and we had a well specialist come out and he was able to eliminate other potential areas and narrow the cause. Joe was on time and reaonable in his charges.

This was for a water heater removal and replacement. Joe was prompt to give an estimate which was very competitive, prompt to do the job once I decided and did excellent work and clean up after. Very personable and trustworthy.
