Joe's Roofing and Painting

They came out, gave me a quote. The next day their "crew" came out and started working. Joe came by, said ran into problems and raised the price and needed the money to buy supplies and pay the crew. Two days later he said they were finishing up and would be finished. I'm disabled and could look out the window but couldn't factually go outside. A week later my son came by and went out to look at it. One fence post already fell over pulling the fence with it. Boards nailed up with only one nail. Boards not straight but really crooked, leaving gaps in the fence. Gate put in with no hardware on it. Contacted him and got promise to come out and fix it. Several times over six months. Never saw him and he no longer answers the phone or e-mails. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!!

Poor Work on skylight repair. Leaks worse than when I called. Had them out several times to adjust. Finally bought Plexi Glass myself and asked to install it - Poor workmanship - very polite though Calling another roofer to clean up their mess. The painting was ok - too pricie Make sure you get written bid before work begins.

Joe and Jerry came out to see the scope of the project the same day I contacted them. I had a quote that same night. The project started early and finished on time. Nice guys who really seemed to care about doing a good job for my wife and I. I'll start with a call here for my next project.

From beginning to end very professional. Including a follow up call to make sure we were happy with the quality of the work. Worked us in quickly so we were able to get the house up for sale. Will recommend him in the future.

Dependable, knowledgeable about the flat roof. Very hard working guys. Looking forward to have them help me out again, with my other properties.
