Joe started out strong but took 5 weeks to complete the rough work that was supposed to take one week. The rough work was not completely finished and Joe has not returned any of the dozens of phone calls left on his cell phone and home phone. He has totally abandoned my project and I must now find another plumber to complete the rough work and final work. There is a complete lack of communication, refusal to return calls etc. Very unfortunate situation where both parties lose.

Plumbing Installation for a Remodel or Addition
The project was the renovation of a condo:. Moving kitchen and renovating bath. Plus addition of air conditioning He started good. Did some demolition/prep work. Install the AC (I think he subcontracted this part) I paid first third before the work, and then he asked for the second third. I gave the second third of the AC that indeed looked kind of done. He then never showed up again to continue the job, and never took my calls (I must have called a dozen times!) He also recommended a contractor David Cudahy who also disappeared after the second payment, leaving with a leaking roof, and never answered calls

Joe was great, he came in to address a leak in my ceiling and found something much larger that a leaking pipe. Joe then recommended the appropriate people to solve the problem and his recommendations were excellent! Joe really went above and beyond to make sure my problem was solved, the best!
