i had a scratch from the refrigerator on my hardwood floor and they buffed it out to match the rest of the floor. also, i had my living room amd hallway refinished to match the kitchen and dining room. both were done very fast and the toning looks like i had it done all at the same time.

I was a little unsure about what exactly I wanted to do with my flooring. So they talked me through everything and took the time to sand my floors to show examples. This extra time that they put in showed me that they take pride in their work and care about customer satisfaction. Over all, they were polite, knowledgeable, the floors look great, and the house was clean. I would definitly recommend John Anderson & Sons to another.

I had them re-finish my living room hard wood floors and while the price was very reasonable and the floors look great, they were not the most considerate. During their clean up they got what appears to be urethane on my kitchen countertops, in the sink and on the stove. Which was incredibly hard to clean up after it had sat for the entire day.

We had your 80 year old hardwood floors repaired in two places throughout the house, and all 1,200 sq ft refinished. Greg came out to the house on a weekday evening (7pm) to accomodate our work schedules to look at the floors and give us an estimate on the cost. The repairs cost $70 an hour and he estmated it would take 3-4 hours which was pretty accurate. The repair work fit in seamlessly. The two guys Mike & Randy who did the sanding and refinishing were very knowledgable and super friendly. The floors look great and we will hire them again for the upstairs floors.

Quality work and the project was finished on time, which was very quick. I was expecting it to take much longer. Would have liked a run through after they were done, i.e. care instructions, timing before use, any problems they encountered, etc.
