We had to keep calling and calling to get a status. We never had good communication with this company about the job. The job was never completed because we are still waiting over 2 months for a call....so we gave up on finishing the project.

Wrought Iron Fence Installation
Incredible customer service. He was the only contractor willing to come out to my property on multiple occasions before the installation even began to be sure I was satisfied and we were on the same page. He offered more options and solutions to my fencing project than the competitors. He was also very knowledgeable. His crew was extremely professional, worked efficiently, and very hard to get the job done on time as promised. He was very much a perfectionist and the crew did not leave until I was completely satisfied. I would highly recommend JB Jones.

Metal Stairs and Railings Installation and Replacement
He did he fantastic job on my railing, he was VERY timely and a great response for the servicemagic request that I had put out and entered. And then very quick to get to my property and provide a quote and then complete the railing faster than I had ever expected it to be done with a very quality product for very good price.

Wrought Iron Fence Installation
Quick, clean and very professional work at a good price. We had an additional problem with one of the dogs jumping over the fence after it was put up, and they applied a custom built extension that worked and looked absolutely great. Will use JB Jones again if I need any fencing or other similar work. Good experience all around.
