John is a professional contractor in terms of work athics, promises made, and project delivery. I am delighted with the neat work of John on my deck. He attended clinton TWP city's meetings to secure "city variances" in order to meet my desire deck dimensions, and that was nice to commit him self to such action. Better job than I had hoped for.

Initially, I was impressed at how quickly John Brodak responded to my Service Magic request.He came to my house on May 30 and gave me a quote to do stairs and railings as well as to finish adding bolts to my house and add the flashing under the doorwall.Within two days,he came back and began the project.I had to leave town due to my father's illness and eventual death.While I was gone, he and his crew finished the railing and stairs, but not the flashing or bolts. In fact, he took my 3" bolts and said he would switch them out for 5" bolts. I returned on June 14 to find the stairs in worse shape than the ones I had previously. The posts aren't level, the railings are too short, and the stairs aren't centered.My babysitter had mistakenly given him a check for the remainder of the balance without my husband looking over the work. John told my babysitter he would be back the week of the 14th to finish the work since he would be working on another local job.My husband also asked him about having the edges of the railings rounded for safety.He said he would do that too.When he didn't call all week, I called him on Friday the 18th.He said he was really busy and would come over on the 22nd.I called on the 22nd to find out when he thought he would be here.He said not until the 23rd.I called him on the 23rd to confirm his appointment with me.He said he would be there after 6pm.I called twice leaving messages both times.

Well he came out did the measurements siad would call with cost of the job, but never heard from him? ? He was very profesanal and I liked him but Oh well!!!

I was looking for a deck or patio built and had been hunting around for a few weeks. I booked a consultation on a Friday, John was out here Monday, and my deck was finished Tuesday! Great work and very professional. I am looking to put in a privacy fence within 6-10 months and will for sure call John to do the job. Thanks again. Brent

Good, hope John comes back in the fall to paint my stairs, and fine tune some of rough spots he said he would do.

Got the job done on time and stayed in price quoted. Quality good, Cleaned up passed inspection first time.. No complaints from residents or neighbors

The job was constructed in a timely manner; however, not completed. It has been over a month since complete payment was made to John Casimir Construction and the project has not been completed. The Township did not approve it twice and since Mr. Brodak did not agree with the Township, he has not completed the job so as to get Township approval, including replacing a piece of siding that he promised to replace. When speaking to him, he said "I have a deck to walk out on".

Finished project is quite attractive, however, project took significantly longer than planned to complete, and materials which I believed should be standard with tiling project (board, etc.) showed up as additional costs.

Hired John Casimir construction to re-do my bathroom. The tore out my old bathtub and replaced it with a new tub and new ceramic tile on the wallls. The did a wonderful job and fdid it within the quick timeframe that I had. Would definately hire them for another project.

From the morning we mert John and he assessed our needs to the completion of the deck, our experience was an exceptionally positive one. John and his crew are professionals that take pride in doing an excellent job. John gave us some design ideas we had not thought of and the result was a unique and beautiful deck. I would not hesitate to recommend John Casimir Construction. to family and friends. We would use him for any future projects.

John and his team did a beautiful job on my front porch. He suggested a couple of options that would work for my house and designed the exact porch I wanted. The work was done is a timely manner and he was at my house every day working/supervising. In fact, numerous neighbors have come over to tell me how great the porch looks:) If you are considering a new porch or deck, I would definitely recommend John Casimir Construction. I will definitely hire him in the future, if the need arises:)

John Casimir Construction has done high quality work for me. They built an attached 8' X 10' shed on the rear of my garage which surpassed my expectations. They also remodeled my bathroom converting it from a bath tub to a shower only along with other up dates. They took no short cuts while performing their tasks. The materials and work are first rate at a reasonable price. Some of the bathroom work took longer than expected due to delay in obtaining hardware and fixtures. Also when the supplies did not arrive on time, John Casimir Construction worked on other customer's projects which resulted in further delay on my project. Other than the delay in completing the work, I am very satisfied.

I felt they did a great job! It rained the first day but they got it started and then they came back second day and it also rained. They finished on the third day and we love it! There was a problem with the deck tought because of all the rain. I told John and he re-leveled it and know it's beautiful!!!! I love sitting on it and enjoying the weather. Thanks

We had a new cedar deck built. John's crew was professional and timely. They did a beautiful job on our deck. We can't wait to use it this summer.

The workers showed up late, did a sloppy job on the cutout in the drywall for an electrical outlet, put gouged acoustic tile in 2 or 3 places in the ceiling. Also John Brodak promised to use up the leftover material to finishthat 1/2 of the basement ceiling, for an additional charge-which he never did quote me and didn't do it. Not a way to build a following of loyal customers. To make it more profitable for him, I asked for a quote to install acoustic tile in the remaining 1/2 of the basement. He promised to do it, but never did!

The work that John Casimir Construction did on our project was outstanding. The quality of the remodeling job definitely increased the value of our home. We appreciate John working with our budget and the design of the room.

He was timely, did the work as planned and also went out of his way to be helpful with suggestions, picking up extra items at home depot etc. Additionally he was very reasonably priced. I was very satisfied with his work.
