John was very professional, gave a very good price. Only problem was that he was a little slow with e-mail contact, and had he advised me that he does not check this frequently, I would have just used phone to contact him. All worked out well, though. He did an excellent job, neat and completed job on a timely basis, making himself accessible to replace my toilet within a few days. I certainly would recommend him to anyone who needs a competent Plumber and would use him any time the need arises for plumbing repairs in my condo.

On first inspection we discussed and agreed on a re-piping plan that was an improvement over what others had suggested, and we agreed on a price. When he returned to do the work, he had thought of a better plan, elegant in its simplicity, and that's what we went with. I was entirely satisfied with the quality of the imagination he brought to the job as well as the physical quality of the work. Would hire him again for other plumbing work, for sure.

John called me to ask about the problem I was having. He got the parts he needed. He set up an appointment to do the work and arrived exactly on the day and time we agreed to. He worked efficiently, cleaned up after the work was complete, explained everything he did and showed me the bad parts he replaced.

John is a good communicator. He spent a lot of time on the phone explaining the situation, talking through alternatives, and finding a least cost but effective solution. He did what he said he would do. He showed up on time. He is also personable. What else can I say? Five stars!
