John Decker is a total gentleman who does a very detailed inspection. He spent over 4 hours doing our inspection and when finishing he gave us a 13 page document covering all aspects of the property we had him inspect. Not only a written report but also a map of the property showing exactly where he raised concerns. He followed up by phone to go over the entire report by sections. John was amazing and a nicer harder working property inspector you will never find. Thank you John
