Commercial Wood Flooring Installation or Replacement
John Dickey is 100% incompetent. A homeowners worst nightmare. 1. Their installation skills are marginal at best. Substantial gaps in flooring, glue left all over the surface of the new flooring, glue left all over the walls, etc. 2. Their service to come back and repair/clean up is so incredibly bad, it's beyond comprehension. They set a time and date and don't show up time after time after time, each time claiming to be very sorry and next time we'll be there "for sure". 3. They put a "white" board in the middle of our room of dark wood. 4. They damaged other boards when replacing the white one. We are contacting lawyers.
