Roofing projects start with the question - does my roof need to be replaced? John and his team spent the time on my roof to inspect and document the condition. When hail damage was found, the detailed documentation was critical to filing a claim with my insurance company. When I decided to press ahead with the replacement, I asked John for extra time (months) so I could complete a small home addition including a new section of roof. He gave me all the time I needed and was very helpful with input on my project. I completed my project and scheduled the replacement, which ended up being during a time I was not home. John called and texted with updates and pictures of their progress including detailed repairs of damaged sheathing. Stripping a roof is a messy job - shingles, shingle granules, and nails everywhere. When I returned home and inspected the condition of our house and property, it was spotless. The installation was flawless. I highly recommend United!!!

John Dodson made the process seem effortless. After looking at the roof, he helped with opening a claim with the insurance. Worked directly with the insurance company. Kept me informed to what was going on step by step. Great follow up. Very knowledgeable & personable. Referred him to my family and they replaced their roof with United Contracting & Roofing. They have done 2 roofs for me. First was on a rental property where we had a leak on a 30 yr old roof. They came out same day I called and showed up on time. They inspected the roof and came back the next morning with estimate. We were ready to get it done and they were able to get us on their schedule for the following week. They showed up as scheduled on time with crew and were able to tear old roof off and put new wood and shingles down in the same day. They cleaned up and made sure there was nothing left behind on ground or in shrubs. The 2nd roof was on my home. They had done such a great job on our rental and was so nice to deal with people who show up and do what they say. So when we had a bad storm that had blown siding off our house and had downed trees and done damage to our roof they were the first ones we called and only ones that showed up the same day. This time they worked with our insurance company and the adjusters who came out to put on roof. Great Job!
