Instead of finding the water leak and then repairing it, they dug up my yard from my house all the way to the meter. Ran a new water line from inside the house out to the meter and then said it was leaking at the meter. We had to threaten them to get the trench in our yard filled in. In March had to hire another plumber to repair the hole they put in our foundation wall because it was not sealed properly repaired and was leaking water into our basement. We have spent an additional $10,000 trying to repair the mess that was caused by their irresponsible work.

Our records also indicate that there were multiple water leaks throughout your line, which is why we replaced your entire line as you already knew. In fact, I also see that we gave you a professional grade and reseed of your turf as well. We haven't heard any of these items from you directly and encourage you to contact us if you feel like you may have a warranty claim, ect. 317-357-5887"

They are difficult to contact and were not in compliance with local regulations despite being licensed. I hired them over 1 month ago I and still dont have water to my house. Citizen will not connect a water meter because the meter pit is not complete.

When I called for someone to come out to fix my sons toilets that were leaking, I received an immediate response and it was on a Saturday! Chase went out there a couple hours later to assess the problem. This problem was quoted immediately and fixed within a few days! Great people and great customer service!!!

Jason was knowledgeable, prompt and thorough. A little pricey, but Iâll definitely call them again. Itâs worth it to find a good plumber! Jason clearly knew what he was doing, and was teaching Nick well. Very nice, polite guys too. Showed up when they said they would, diagnosed and repaired all problems quickly, and charged exactly what they quoted.
