John was out within a day or two to give an estimate and within 3 days after I hired him, he was back out for his first Fall cleanup visit. Very pleased with the work and his professionalism and would highly recommend.

I hired John F.(SP name withheld at their request) for snow removal service half way through winter. Had a signed contract with him. When I needed him most, during the 12-18 inch March 2018 nor'easter, John never showed up. I called him, but no answer. I emailed him but no response. I called again and left a message but no return call. Poor communication. Finally, he arrived at my house at 1:00pm. My wife needed to get to work in the morning, so by that point I had already cleared out my property myself. I understand many people need service, but simply calling and saying "I'll be there later this afternoon" would at least allow my wife and I to make appropriate accommodations with our jobs. I asked why he couldn't have at least just called me or emailed to let me know he'd be coming later in the day. He made up excuses about trees being down. Yes, there were trees down, but they had been cleared out of the way with access to my block for hours. There's no excuse to not just pick up a phone. I told him that I was annoyed and to please leave my property. He walked away, grumbling, cursing something to the effect of "fine, I don't need your F**%ing money." Extremely unprofessional.

John did a great job with my fall yard clean up. I’ll also be using him to prep my lawn for the winter.

Absolutely fantastic experience. He was very responsive. Surveyed my front yard which had over grown significantly. Our front yard is 4 tiered and quite large. John came over, listened to what my husband and I wanted done and provided me an estimate on the spot. He confirmed the price and schedule within an hour and the following week he was on the job. They took a couple of hours and by the end we could see our front yard. They were very careful with the outdoor lighting wires and garden hose. And best of all they trucked away all the debris and everything was immaculate. I cannot say how thrilled I am with John Frank Landscaping. We plan on using them to work on our back yard and plan for Spring Landscaping. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

John's team did a terrific job clearing 2 feet of snow from my driveway patio and walk. They came several hours after the storm ended and were very efficient. I had posted a request late Wednesday night and heard back from John 15 minutes later. His quote was very reasonable and he answered all my questions in addition to checking out the area. I am extremely pleased and have contracted to have him handle any more snow we get this year. I submitted an online request for a quote for leaf cleanup and John called me back the same day. He gave us a quote for the work and got it all done the next day!! He was going to blow the leaves into the street but the town told him he couldn't, and he called me right away to discuss alternate options. He didn't just leave a mess on the street and walk away. Very professional, and great quality work. Highly recommend and look forward to continue working with John.
