John did an excellent job painting our newly finished basement, walls and trim. It was a large job requiring sanding, priming and numerous coats on the new plaster and trim. He was fastidious in checking for any uneven spots and kept the space tidy during the process. He also hung pegboard in our storage area. We agreed to a price per hour + materials, and I was happy with that approach rather than a project price given how reliable he is. The job was bigger than originally estimated, but it was easy to see why. I highly recommend John. I met him through this site last year when I hired him to hang my exterior Christmas lights and found out he also did interior painting, which is why I reached out to him for our basement. He is a pleasure to work with.

John was a big help when we needed to light a big tree outside. He came when he said he would and went above and beyond. Would certainly call him back if we have another project.
