I received the name of John Hubert Roofing, Sommerville, Mass. from Home Advisors. "Jubert" promptly called me back and I sent him pictures and a lot of details on my small 850 square foot leaking rubber roof in the Back Bay of Boston, Mass. We had a few weather delays , but after his inspection, John Hubert Roofing gave me an extremely fair price to deal with my leak. The Company found a way to disassemble the small wooden deck structure , then raise it up so they could remove the old rubber roof, install a new 1/2 inch pressure treated plywood base, and then install a new rubber roof over the entire flat roof deck area. The reuse of the main deck structure saved me many thousands of dollars as compared to the other proposals, which wanted to demolish and install a new wooden deck structure and deck boards. I helped by removing the surface deck boards and the Company unilaterally discounted the price because I had done some of the work. That was the first time ever that a contractor did a project at a lower price than was initially agreed to. I gave them a 20 % gratuity...I was very happy with the work which was completed on November 8, 2020.

I called John Hubert Roofing and he promptly got back to me. The job was done within one day of the call. The workers were very Professional and the price very reasonable. I appreciate such excellent response for a small job.i would hire this company without hesitation in the future. I am very impressed.

I had a small roofing job. Just a couple of shingles blew off in the last storm.. John Hubert Roofing was the only company that responded appropriately. Other companies came out with sample cases and shingle advertising trying to sell me a whole roof.. after I made it clear it’s only a couple of shingles. Then never heard from them again .. I don’t mention the companies because I prefer to only write positive reviews of good companies, and it was a small job. John Hubert roofing listened to me and came out with replacement shingles. We agreed on a very awesome price. He was done in 30 minutes.. as I said it was a small job. My roof is currently 15 years old and when the time comes for a new roof (3 yrs or less) I’ll be using John Hubert Roofing.

Professional, courteous, prompt. I plan to use this company again for other projects I need done. He repaired my roof. He promptly identified the root cause of the leak. And provided an estimate ( a bit pricey for me but worth it to stop the problem permanently and to get future work from this team again.) He arrived early completed the job. Was okay with explaining what was being done. Took after pictures to show what was done. The whole process was professional and pleasant. A very hard find for most contractors. Thank you Mr. Huburt. Looking forward to future work.

Great job. John rebuilt my deck in the last winter. It took more time as we expected, but I am very happy with his work. All my friends are impressed by the beautiful deck Johns team has built. John is a great guy to talk and work with!
