Hired him to do work for me. He hung chandelier, replaced doorbell, repaired switch in bathroom, replaced dryer venting pipe to go the width of cellar to outside, put a drip pan under dehumidifier. Work took 2 hours and he came with two additional men. Excellent work, very courteous but after all done was handed non-itemized bill (as to parts and labor) for $1100 which I feel is way too much for the work. I paid it but wanted to caution others to get an estimate prior to getting work done with him.

I spoke to John on the phone and he quoted me a price to install emergency lighting in our complex. He stated he would be here first thing in the am and his man was here at 8am waiting for me. John showed up shortly after. The both of them installed the signs and two extra things that were not on the quote, He finished the job in an hour which was amazing! He handed me the bill and it was a little more expensive then I thought it should be but you get what you pay for. Great job John!

To avoid a customer is a really bad way to handle things. Initially we had a nice relationship with him but his lack of response is forcing us to do this to get a response. I am willing to change this review if he will acknowledge us and fix whats wrong at no additional charge because the job was paid for.
