I was doing a remodel and upgrade to my den/ tv room replacing all the switches and outlets bringing them up to code. Four of the seven outlets plus an adjacent room stopped working. Mr. Jalbert answered my service request within ten minutes and came to my home within a half hour. He inspected my work, had no issues and then informed me there were two broken lines somewhere not a result of the changes. Through process of elimination within the wiring harnesses he found the breaks and repaired them. He inspected my home, said everything looked great, made a couple of upgrade recommendations and offered a package price with a half hour repair time while he was onsite. I agreed to the service. He offered insight, explanations and complete satisfaction. I couldn't be happier with his service. I will use him again and recommend him to everyone.

Jon and Al were the ultimate professionals. Didn't waste any time trying to nail down the root cause and within minutes were fixing it. Gave helpful tips to avoid future mishaps and after their visit when i had a followup question, they were prompt in responding immediately. I will be bringing them back for other projects in the house as they just seemed very credible/, great to talk to and work with as well as very good at problem solving

Although the price was a little high for the number of hours, I would recommend John. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. I had a variety of jobs to be done and John got everything done exactly as agreed on in one day. And their was nothing left behind for me to clean up.

I had many questions about digging a trench and running a 240 volt line to my garage. John had the patience and time to answer all of my questions. The work was This Old House worthy. He was fun to work with and had a very competent set of helpers.

I thought he was responsive to my request for a quote; he provided the work within a few days; he was familiar with the work to be done; he was friendly and easy to work with.

Hired him to do work for me. He hung chandelier, replaced doorbell, repaired switch in bathroom, replaced dryer venting pipe to go the width of cellar to outside, put a drip pan under dehumidifier. Work took 2 hours and he came with two additional men. Excellent work, very courteous but after all done was handed non-itemized bill (as to parts and labor) for $1100 which I feel is way too much for the work. I paid it but wanted to caution others to get an estimate prior to getting work done with him.

I spoke to John on the phone and he quoted me a price to install emergency lighting in our complex. He stated he would be here first thing in the am and his man was here at 8am waiting for me. John showed up shortly after. The both of them installed the signs and two extra things that were not on the quote, He finished the job in an hour which was amazing! He handed me the bill and it was a little more expensive then I thought it should be but you get what you pay for. Great job John!

Great experience; easier than I thought it would be!

To avoid a customer is a really bad way to handle things. Initially we had a nice relationship with him but his lack of response is forcing us to do this to get a response. I am willing to change this review if he will acknowledge us and fix whats wrong at no additional charge because the job was paid for.
