John Krause Construction Company did our home four season porch project. We Highly Recommend this company. Their Project Manager and employees were always on time, very professional, knowledgeable, cleaned up, and worked hard to get our job done in a timely manner. Really admired the company's work ethics and their communication was superb.

Dave did an excellent job communicating every step during this project. Tito and his brothers did an unbelievable job and we were so impressed with the turn around time and quality of work. Thank you all for making this a smooth process and better than our expectations.

Overall this is a great company There is a lot of moving pieces with adding our All season room. Hoping that this will be complete within the month so that we can have our Halloween party in our new room. plumbing insulation drywall paint are the last things that need to be done. And then final inspection. Everyone has been nice to work with given he heat of the summer. We also decided to go with the landscaping company through John's business it will all be professionally done can't wait to see the finished product! Jimmy did a great job with the design having the four extra large sunscape windows in this room. Natalie and Marty are extremely hard workers. James and James are always willing to make the customer satisfied. Shirley in the office has done an exceptional job I also like the fact that we could finance through his company.

I could not be more pleased with the work John Krause Construction did on my home. They rebuilt a beautiful deck and leveled out and landscaped the yard around it. They were easy to work with. communicative and detailed, and importantly, met the schedule that they promised. I am delighted with John Krause Construction.

Working with Krause Construction was great experience for my wife and I. The company Customer Service was of the Highest caliber. We would definitely use this company again if and when needed for future projects or repairs . Update to my first review: Our project supervisor Tammy called me after I posted my first review and said she wanted to find out what went wrong and how to make it better. I went through the whole story and told her I appreciated her reaching back out but that there was not anything that could be done to fix it. She then asked if I would take $400 off my last check to them and take the review down. Trying to buy people off just so a bad review gets taken down is unacceptable behavior for a business.

We hired John Krause Construction to demo and replace our homes cracked cement patio. Right from the beginning we were easily able to set up an appointment and obtain a free estimate for our job. A few days later John Krause Construction Professional Team was on the job and completed from start to finish in two full days. We love our new outdoor patio area and can not thank the John Krause Team enough. If you need superb high quality work completed at your home we would highly recommend you contact this Top Notch Company. No job is to big or to small for this professional Team. Travis went above and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly and that I was happy with the work being done. He was a god send. Thank you Travis. The worker was great they cleaned up after themselves at the end of their work day I am looking forward to working with them in the future.

I do not recommend using this contractor. I had Krause construction work a $34k home clean up project that left me with incomplete/sloppy work. They promised me on the phone that the remaining issues would be addressed and in the end they was not because I had already mailed in the last check. I had even spoke with John the owner due to some personal tools being taken, which he compensated me for, and i thought he would take better care of the overall project due to the issues that kept coming up but that never transpired. The project included new flooring, deck replacement, dry walling and painting. Save the headache go elsewhere for quality work. I would have shared photos if the site allowed it.

They remodeled our master bath and did a great job. When I started this project I was worried about finding an honest and reliable company. I am so happy I hired John Krause Construction, they were all I wanted and more. Most importantly they came in on budget! I have some other projects in the planing stage and I plan on use John Krause Construction.

They were expert professionals. Fast efficient and cost effective. I appreciated their dedication to detail.

The bathroom turned out beautiful. The work is good quality. My lessons learned is to get everything in writing! The contract must be very specific. The costs allotted for me to choose cabinets, tile, lighting, etc. was low. I ended up having to come up with a lot more money to install a higher end bathroom (my choice). This was a total gut and replace and it took about 2 months. Initially they said much less time so plan for double what you expect. All the workers could be trusted to enter the house and be here all day alone. Very nice guys and the Forman (Mike) was terrific! Couldn't say enough good about his professionalism and keeping me posted on what was to be expected.

Initially we had some scheduling problems but they hired a new project supervisor and the work was completed. High quality work done by workers but you have to monitor. There was a disconnect between the supervisor and the guys doing the work. I had to intervene on a couple of occasions. I would also ensure your initial contract is written very specific. They hold you to the contract as written and now what was verbally told to you. Get it in writing. We also discovered the quoted price was based on only a couple of samples. We wanted a high quality which bumped our price up by thousands. Be sure you know what you want. Overall - it's a beautiful deck and we are really happy with it.

John Krause Construction came to our rescue when another contractor abandoned our basement project. They evidently moved out of state and stopped paying their employees which explains why no one was showing up anymore. While I started a complaint with HIC, John Krause came out to see where they left off. John Krause was extremely knowledgeable and gave us realistic expectations when completing a project that another company has started. Not only did his guys correct what the other company didn't do properly, they finished the basement to a level of completion that exceeded our expectation. Everyone worked diligently and were very professional.

This company replaced a custom wooden circle window with a new window with vinyl trim. They did an excellent job and it looks very nice. They also installed 2 vinyl posts on my front porch railing that match the railing, replacing old wooden posts. I am very pleased with the work this company did.

We've never had a better experience with a contractor. Krause's crews started our multiple projects (roofing, gutters, HVAC, exterior painting, light plumbing and new glass doors), handled everything and within 2 weeks, the on site project mgr kept me informed all the way and had the projects done! Being from out of state with limited time in the area, it was amazing. We will definitely be using them for "phase 2" Thank you Krause Construction!

The team was timely and kept me informed from start to finish. Great repair an continuous communication. They will be my go to company for all my home needs.

Company contacted me two days after my home advisor request. They were very cordial and professional on the phone, and gave me the information of the service rep that would be coming to my home. That rep was supposed to show the following day, but he came the same day saying he had some extra time. The work was done very quickly, and the invoice was thorough and readable. He also pointed out some other small damage to the outside of my home and gave some suggestions on how to easily repair it myself. It was a great experience and I would hire this company again. BTW, they have done work at a few other houses in my neighborhood, and those families also had positive experiences.
