John Maloney is an award-winning architect based in Culver City. He has over thirty years of experience and is licensed in California and Hawaii. His background includes a Masters Degree in Architecture from the University of California at Berkeley, and teaches architecure classes in Los Angeles. He is experienced in the green architecture building methods employing recycled steel, insulated concrete forms, and structural insulated panels. Describing his design approach would be how you evaluate the Owner's needs and then solve the problem efficiently, practically, and beautifully. Awards and recognitions include honors from Metal Architecture Magazine and the HUD project of the year.
