We remodeled a bathroom with John Moore Services. They did a great job. We were kept informed of the work schedule, any issues, and the progress every day. The work quality was excellent. The workers kept the mess and debris to a minimum. The quality in the tile work, plumbing, and painting was excellent. The work was finished on time, and it was finished on budget. There were minimal issues, and we are extremely pleased with the final product. The bathroom looks great.

I was pleased with the quality of the painting, but did not like the continuing increase in cost of the actual paint. Under the contract, which was for a very specific total price, I paid for the paint with the John Moore Services discount through Sherwin Williams. When the paint was initially purchased, it was almost twice the price. I agreed to pay for it, but informed my contact, Jesse Coody, that I would be deducting the additional amount from my balance due. Before the job was finished, the painters requested more paint. Again, I paid for it, but informed Jesse that I would be deducting that second additional paint price from the balance due as well. I did want the job to be done correctly and completely, but was not happy with the ever increasing need for more paint. Maybe if the sales representative, Jesse Coody, had been better prepared to estimate the actual amount of paint for the original bid, this would not have happened.
