I took a few months to have different companies come out and give estimates to decide who to hire to repair my chimney and roof. When I decided on them, I called them to come out to do the work and it took months and months of calling them to find out when they were coming to actually do the job. Never got a response from anyone other than the polite and apologetic woman that answered the phone. Finally after many phone calls and requests to talk to someone about scheduling I got a call and within days the work was completed. I know weather is a factor in doing roofing work, but the poor communication was the aggrivating part of this experience. The job looks great, and everything that was promised was done to my expectations. I just wish that they would be more accessible and communicate better.

Workers were very professional. They were on site at the given day and time. Clean-up after the project was excellent. There were no hidden charges. Cost was what was quoted.
