Hello, my name is John Ray. My company name is John Ray Properties, LLC. I have been in business for 22 years. I personally have built over 125 rental units from start to finish. I also have completed hundreds of tenant finish projects and home remodels. On the job experience is one of our greatest assets. Most importantly you will see my face every day on the job. They recently came when it was really rainy and other businesses were completely booked and they took care of me. They took out carpet and installed sheet rock. They did such a good job I also hired them to install egress windows as well.

Sub-par work. He did several projects for me but the bathroom was the worst. He turned the tile work over to a laborer after a short explanation. The drain hole is too big for the drain cover and the tile in the shower shelf is uneven and bottles slide off. The tile floor is uneven and grout was not cleaned off around the toilet. I have called, texted, sent him pictures and he refuses to make this right.

"I bent over backwards to please this nice lady. I even installed a vinyl window in the bathroom for her for free that ended up taking 16 man-hours. the bathroom turned out great. I have kept customers for over 20 years. I will be putting more excellent reviews on my profile soon."

I have had John Ray do many projects at my home. He is multi-talented and skilled in many trades. Most recently, we had John do a bathroom remodel for us.
