Wood Flooring Refinish
The house was full of dust, very poor containment/ clean up job; every horizontal surface has visible accumulation of dust. Floors appear incomplete, John mentioned they need another coat and offered to charge me for it. Moisture localized to one area may have affected the finish but the entire floor looks like it is a bit rough and needs additional coats. I?ll have another floor refinished look at it to see if it can be fixed.

"Thomas?s job was never prepped for us to go in and do the job that we needed to do if he would?ve taken care of the stuff that was on the surfaces I would?ve been able to wipe down everything . He did not prepare the 2 rooms for us so we could take care of what we need to at the end of the job. There are no other complaints like this. ( I wonder why ) ( And we offered a free coating ) There was dust throughout the house when we got there and he did not ask about dustless machinery"

From beginning to end this was a win, win situation. From the first time I talked to John, I knew this was going to be a good choice. He was beyond nice to deal with and he has two great sons, Sean and John, who did the actual job. What great young men they are and very good at what they do. My hardwood floor is 27 years old and they brought it back to life. It looks brand new. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who would like their hardwood floors refinished. Oh, and the price was very good also. Thank you John and Sean for a job well done, and Dad John too. It was a pleasure working with all of you.

The crew from John's Hardwood Floors were very professional. They showed up on time and finished on time. Everyone was very respectful of the property and the job was completed for the price originally quoted. I had just under 1000 square feet of Chickasaw Oak flooring restored that was originally installed in 1960. John and his crew took care of every detail and were available at all times for any questions that we had during the process. Outstanding job at a competitive price point.

John and his 2 sons arrived, and just as he promised, the floors were completed exactly as I wanted and looked beautiful when finished. Rather than having and oil based product, he uses water based which dries quickly without any toxic odor. He explained exactly how it would be done and delivered a beautifully finished product.

I had 50 year old floors, that had never been refinished. John Hubbard refinished these floors beautifully. They are truly gorgeous. He was beyond professional and the work was done right on time.
