Stamper Home Inspections

John was most through in his inspection. He did the home, wind mitigation, and WDO (termite/pest) inspections. He explained his findings, provided a most comprehensive report along with photos. He is personable, friendly, and courteous. He took his time to explain things to me that I did not understand. He also gets back to you via phone, text or email.

John, was very personable, answered all my questions, very professional

Thoroughly professional

He knew his business, explained his findings clearly and declined a realtor’s offer list him as a “preferred” inspector in order to maintain his independence and neutrality.
