The project scope was 18x21 stamped concrete patio with the color selected by his proposed source. The good: Nate did stay with the project and returned timely to keep it moving forward. The bad: There were some defects on the surface he said he could not fix and did not know how they happened. Also, the color was not matched to the sample I selected from his source. He tried to address it but ultimately blamed the source for a bad color mixture. I think his intentions were good and he is great for a regular concrete patio but does not have the expertise for the stamped jobs.

Project: Install additional concrete patio area Overall, they did a very good job. The only problem was that they didn't put my patio furniture back on the new concrete area.

Gave quote for $1550 for 12x10 patio addition. By far the least expensive we got. Nate said he would pour on Friday. Said he would not use equipment to keep from damaging yard. Thursday Nate used a cat to dig out the area, messing up the yard. Said would pour tomorrow. Friday came and no Nate. Texted him and he said would be tomorrow. Saturday came and no Nate. Texted him and he said could not do it because of rain (understandable) it would be Monday. Monday he came and poured in the rain (which was not possible Saturday but was on Monday). Suddenly, just after pouring, he needed me to pay him. I offered to pay in-app which he said he could not do and I offered to pay him with a card which he said he could not do. Would only take cash and needed to pay the concrete company. I quickly ran to the bank, withdrew the cash, and gave it to him. They finished up with the pour and said would be back Tuesday to finish up. Tuesday no Nate. Wednesday no Nate texted him and he called and told me it slipped his mind and that he would be here in the morning on Thursday. Thursday no Nate and now he is not replying to my texts. This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a contractor.

Overall it was a great experience. He doe exactly what he says he is going to do. Very dependable.
