John did a wonderful job on some HVAC and electrical repairs I needed in order to sell my condo. He came and gave me an estimate the day after I called, and then was able to do the work within the following week -- all in time for closing! He was very knowledgeable, agreeable and professional. I thought the price could have been lower, but overall, he was well worth it!

Very honest. We will have work again whenever it is necessary, and recommend to everybody who need help. John solved the leaking problem that we are having - nobody have been able to solved for years. We were about the replaced the whole system, but he found and fixed the problem for much less.
