About us
Commercial / Institutional / Educational Architecture + Tenant buildouts + Renovations + Ground-up, new construction + Complete design service - architecture, interiors, and engineering + Design/Build services available Design is a Communication Process + I listen closely to my clients' needs and desires -- these are the generators of everything that I do. + My job as an architect is to give my clients the information and options they need to make good decisions. + Drawings are a way of communicating these decisions to the contractor, to make sure that the project is built correctly. + I use three-dimensional renderings, as well as two-dimensional floor plans, to communicate with my clients during design. + During construction, regular meetings with the client and the contractor are essential. Most problems during construction are due to a failure of communication. Keeping each other informed about issues and questions is the best way to a successful project.
